Students who are registered at The English School Fahaheel are taught the English National Curriculum, together with Arabic and Islamic Studies as prescribed by the Ministry of Education. In addition, specialist teachers cover the subject areas of Information and Communication Technology, French, Physical Education and Music.
The main aim of the curriculum at The English School Fahaheel is the development of each child in a caring environment where opportunities are created to fulfil each student's intellectual, physical, social, emotional, moral and aesthetic needs. In this way, the school will assist each child to develop his or her potential to the full.

The Primary Department includes children from 6 to 11 years and must be seen as part of a continuous process of education, building on the foundations laid in the Early Years Department and preparing the students to take their place in the Secondary Department.
Our aims are, firstly, to increase student's knowledge, experience and understanding in order to equip each student with the academic enthusiasm to produce the best possible results. Secondly, to enable each student, after his or her formal education is over, to enter the world as a fully developed person.
This philosophy underlies the English National Curriculum which is based upon the following principles-
That each student should have a broad and balanced curriculum which is relevant to his or her particular needs.
That each student must have access to the whole curriculum.
That the curriculum must promote development in all the main areas of learning which are widely accepted as important.
That the curriculum must also serve to develop the child as an individual, as a member of society and as a future adult member of the community with a range of personal and social opportunities and responsibilities.
In the Primary Department of The English School Fahaheel we offer the English National Curriculum, with qualified and experienced teachers of the English Education System.
