Admission to The English School Fahaheel is based upon the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Ministry of Education.
The following procedure is in place -
 In the Early Years, acceptance of registration is based upon discussion and interview with the parents, students and teacher i/c of Kindergarten.
In the Primary Department, acceptance is based upon a written test where applicable, followed by an interview with the Head Teacher of the Primary Department.
In the Secondary Department each student who applies must undertake an entrance examination together with an interview between student, parents and Head Teacher of the Secondary Department.
Reminders for September registration are forwarded in writing prior to the beginning of the Autumn Term, to the parents of students currently registered. In the event that there are more applications than places available, especially from applicants new to ESF, then a waiting list is maintained and registration offered on the basis of the above procedure.
If accepted as a student from another school in Kuwait, an incoming student must produce a letter of release plus the most recent report from the student's previous school, together with all documentation as required by the Ministry of Education.
If a student is refused entry to ESF for reasons which, in the judgement of the Chairman and senior management, are deemed inappropriate to the welfare of the school, then the parents of the student concerned may seek further discussion with the Private Education Department of the Ministry of Education.
